Floatless Pump Control

Water-level detectors, sometimes referred to as floats, often fail by being blocked by sludge. Ultrasonic sensors are also prone to failure as they can become confused by foaming in submersible pits. The EL-FI DCM overcomes these problems by using the pump motor as its own load sensor. The DCM uses an algorithm to automatically calculate appropriate pump run and pause periods to continuously adjust pump operation to suit the pit filling rate.
